ATTENTION FOR TURKEY SCHOLARSHIPS STUDENTS WHO HAS WON RIGHT TO MAKE REGISTRATION TO OUR UNIVERSITY’S GRADUATE PROGRAMS FOR 2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR

Registration of candidates who are eligible to enroll in the graduate programs in the Fall Semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year at our University will be held, until the end of working hours (17.00) between the dates of 09 November-15 December 2020, online via the Student Affairs Information System (OBS) or, if requested, face to face at the Registrars Office on the same dates. Candidates who do not register between the specified dates will be deemed to have waived these rights.

Online registrations will be performed within the date range specified above via the link https://obs.mgu.edu.tr/oibs/ogrsis/basvuru_yabanci_login.aspx.
* If a discrepancy or deficiency is detected in the documents, the student will be deemed to have waived all of his/her rights.

APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION:

Candidates who are eligible for registration are obliged to submit the following documents to the Registrars Office for face-to-face registration, from the address given in the online registration within the announced period. Candidates with missing documents will not be registered.

1-) Certified copy of the undergraduate diploma or graduation certificate for enrollment to graduate programs, graduate diploma or graduate graduation certificate for application to doctoral programs. (1 piece)

Candidates who have graduated from higher education institutions abroad must submit their diploma or graduation certificate with its Turkish translation. (1 piece)

Foreign candidates who have graduated from Higher Education Institutions abroad, if they are registered with other conditions other than equivalence certificate, can be accepted by obtaining the approval of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) on whether the institutions they have previously studied are recognized or not.

2-) Certified copy of the transcript showing the grades of all courses taken during undergraduate and graduate education and the graduation grade point average. (1 piece)

Candidates who have graduated from higher education institutions abroad must submit their transcript with its Turkish translation and including grade point average. (1 piece)

3-) 1 passport size photo (4.5x6 cm.) Suitable for easily recognizing the candidate (provided that it was taken within the last 6 months)

4-) Notarized Turkish translation of the pages showing the identity information and validity period of the passport with education visa for foreign nationals.

5-) The original or certified copy of the "Turkish Proficiency" document of foreign candidates.
