ERASMUS + UNIVERSITY STATEMENT ECHE 2021-2027 APPLICATION RESULT

Within the scope of our university's internationalization efforts, our Office of International Relations made an ERASMUS + ECHE (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education) application for the period of 2021-2027, and as a result of the evaluation, our university received 100 full points and has been awarded the ERASMUS+ Charter For Higher Education.

The Erasmus + Program new term budget (2021-2027) has been approved by the agreement reached by the European Parliament and the Council, and with a special budget of over 26 billion Euros, the new program will allow not only more inclusive and innovative, but also more digital and greener projects. The new program will support new pioneering initiatives such as European Universities, Erasmus Academies, Vocational Training Centers and DiscoverEU. 12 million people are expected to benefit from the Program in Erasmus + 2021-2027 period. This number means more than three times the beneficiaries in the 2014-2020 Program period. Under the new program;

People from different social backgrounds will access to the Program.
It becomes easier to establish stronger relationships with the rest of the world, thanks to physical and virtual mobility.
Working areas such as renewable energy, climate change, and design stand out.
